Is it ok if we're awkward in front of the camera?
YES, yes, a thousand times yes. We are proud to say that even we are awkward in front of the camera. Pretty much everyone (who's not a model) is. Therein lies the magic of our photojournalistic style. Most of the time you won't even know we're photographing you, so you don't need to worry about it. Even for the short amount of time we are posing you two. Our method is to get you to do something like say, whisper in your partners ear, and yes there may be an awkward moment. Then you two will smile or laugh at the awkwardness, and THAT is when we snap the magic shot of you just being yourselves having a genuine moment. So go ahead, embrace the awkwardness! We'll make you look great no matter what.
What if we need to cancel?
We have a seven day grace period after signing contracts where if something were to happen that would force you to cancel we will return 100% of your retainer and any other payments in full, no questions asked. After that even if you did need to cancel all the way up to 14 days out from your wedding date we will refund all but your 30% retainer, which doubles as a cancellation fee. If you were to cancel within 14 days of your wedding date we would not be able to issue a full refund of the remaining balance, but in situations of disasters, or acts of God beyond your control we will work with you to find a fair refund amount of that remaining balance if possible. We got into wedding photography to help people and make their dreams come true, but we also have to look out for our own business as well so we'll always attempt to find a fair middle ground.
It's super simple. Once we've verified that your wedding date is available, you simply pay a 30% retainer to reserve your date. We will send you a contract with all of the details for you to review. Once that contract is signed you just need to pay the remaining balance within 14 days of your wedding date and that is it. You've just booked your wedding photographers and (hopefully) new friends!
Absolutely, we are 100% inclusive and there is zero discrimination here. We've shot for same-sex couples, many different cultures and traditions, races and religions. If you are in love, we will be there to create magical images of your story and represent you, your lifestyle, culture and traditions in the most respectful and artistic way possible. In our opinion it is our diversity that makes us beautiful.
