Contest Details
1. The "Wedding Raffle Contest" will be administered by Annie x Mike Photography Copyright 2022 and is not affiliated with the Greater Cincinnati Wedding and Bridal Expo.
2. Grand Prize Submissions will be accepted from 10/30/22 From 1pm EST until 2:45 pm EST. Runner up submissions will be accepted until drawing on 11/1/2022 at 8:00pm EST via zoom. Zoom link will be supplied in submission confirmation email.
3. Grand Prize winner will be chosen by paper drawing at 2:45 at Annie x Mike booth. Runners up will be drawn at random during zoom on 11/1/22 at 8:00pm EST
4. Follow-up emails will be sent out to winning couples within 72 hours after drawing to begin the planning process.
Contest Restrictions
1. Contestants must hold their wedding in Ohio or within 100 miles of Cincinnati, OH. If you are holding your wedding in a location outside of the contest radius you may still enter but your prize may be subject to additional travel fees based on current market rates at the time of booking.
2. Contestants must hold their wedding between 1/1/2023 and 12/31/2024 and must have their venue booked at the time of contest entry.
3. Specified 2023/2024 wedding and/or engagement shoot dates that are ineligible to enter due to unavailability include but are not limited to Christmas day, Thanksgiving Day, and any dates that Annie x Mike Photography may book or currently have booked, or deem ineligible, up to and including the date of contract signing.
4. Contestants must be 18 years or older.
Contest Prizes
Second Runners Up Will Win:
1-Hour Engagement Session. Including digital photo delivery and $500 discount from full price wedding package should couple book 8 or 10 hour wedding with Annie x Mike Photography. (valued at $500 a piece).
Three prizes available.
First Runners Up Will Win:
8-hour Wedding Photography Package at 50% off. Including two photographers, 1-hour engagement session, Five 8x10 photo prints, digital photo delivery, USB hard copy photo delivery. (Valued at $1,625 savings).
Two Prizes available.
Grand Prize Will Win:
One 8-Hour Wedding Photography Package. Including two photographers, 1 hour engagement session, Five 8x10 photo prints, digital photo delivery, USB hard copy photo delivery. (Valued at $3,250)
