Service Description

Annie x Mike combine an editorial style with a photojournalistic approach to capture the raw emotion of the moment and deliver timeless photographs of your most special day. This Package Includes: Ten Hours Coverage Two Photographers 90 Min. Engagement Session Highest Resolution .JPG images Delivered via USB & Online Gallery - 6 Months Hosting Ten Complimentary 8x10 Prints Wedding Planning Toolkit *Contracts will be sent within 48 hours of payment and verification of details and any applicable changes. If we have not already done a consultation via zoom we will reach out to set one up to verify all details pertinent to the contract after booking. Any additional add-ons such as extra hours, photo album design & physical album, can be added on and billed after booking the initial date. Cancellation and Exceptions: *This $500 retainer is refundable upon cancellation for up to 3 days from booking. Weddings outside of a 100 mile radius from Cincinnati, OH may be subject to additional fees for travel. The remaining $3,500 is due 90 days before the date of your wedding.

Cancellation Policy

For weddings and events, if for any reason the Client cancels before the wedding date, the Photographer will keep the the event retainer fee paid to hold the wedding or event date as a cancellation fee. Cancellation must be made in sent in writing, by mail or e-mail. However, if the client requires to change the wedding date, I will do my best to accommodate the change and no fee will be charged as long as the new date is available and within five months of the original event date. If I am not available for the new date, the original contract will be cancelled and subject to the cancellation policy. If Annie x Mike Photography cannot perform this Contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Photographer’s illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return the retainer fee to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer.
